We believe that open and honest communication from the very start is the best way to create and nurture our client relationships. Below are some most asked questions. However, please feel free to reach out with any other questions you may have.

Your investment for portrait sessions begins at $400 for a petite session. Most of our clients however spend between $800-$1800 for their collection.

Yes, we do! They are available on Mondays-Thursdays only in South Lake Tahoe locations. Petite or mini sessions are for a small single-family unit with no more than 2 children. Weekends and holiday periods are excluded.

All of our booking details are handled online through our client portal. We require a completed contract and a non-refundable booking retainer of one-half of your collection total. Petite sessions are due in full upon booking. Please note that we can only confirm our services for your session date and time with a completed contract and retainer payment. 

We are very flexible with rescheduling but we do not offer refunds of the retainer payment made as it covers the cost of holding your session date and time. In the event that you do need to reschedule, your retainer payment will be made available for a period of up to three months to use towards another session. At the time of rescheduling, a new contract will need to be signed before the new session date and time is confirmed along with a $50 rescheduling fee.

No, we do not. Our 20+ years of experience is rooted in still photography. That is where we truly shine.

Yes absolutely! We go over location options post-booking with your preferences in mind. Living in South Lake Tahoe we are always out in nature exploring and discovering beautiful spots for photography sessions. We also have some stunning tried and true Lake Tahoe locations.

We will send over a clothing inspiration board along with our family welcome guide with helpful suggestions once our session date and time have been officially booked.

The weather in Tahoe can be tricky as it can change rapidly. Looking at the weather forecast over a week or even a few days in advance is hardly ever accurate. We have found that a little rain or snow can make for a fun and adventurous session with beautiful backdrops. Please be prepared for any kind of weather as we do know of some locations that will work even if there is a little precipitation. If however, the weather proves to be unsafe to be outside in(we’re talking full-scale blizzard here ), we will make every effort to work with your timing to reschedule your session.
