So, we started by scouting areas a few days before the shoot. We looked for spots with breathtaking views, but also made sure they were safe and easy to access in snowy conditions. Thankfully, the big day arrived with bluebird skies and ideal weather. We were thrilled—everything had lined up perfectly.

On the final page, a message asked, “Will you marry me?” Caroline mailed the album to us in advance. This allowed us to place it at the exact spot where the proposal would happen. Everything was set and ready—no last-minute stress.

Celebrating the “Yes!” with a Snowy Adventure Session

Brandi said yes! Right after, we kicked off a fun and adventurous engagement photo session in the snow. Luckily, Caroline had followed our advice and brought traction spikes. The snow was slick, but that didn’t stop them. They climbed boulders, explored snowy trails, and embraced the winter scenery for some truly epic photos. As the sun dipped behind the Sierra Nevada mountains, the sky lit up with a golden Tahoe sunset. It was the perfect ending to a day they’ll never forget.
